CASE SERİES WITH ATROPA BELLADONNA (DEADLY NIGHTSHADE) INTOXICATION AND EXPERIENCE OF PHYSOSTIGMIN

Introduction: Atropa belladonna (deadly nightshade) is a poisonous herb that can be especially seen in Northern regions of our country and cause anticholinergic toxic syndrome (ATS) when consumed. ATS consuming the plant which contains atropine or overdose psychoactive drugs containing (such as antipsychotics, tricyclic antidepressants). 
 Case 1: A 65-year-old female patient was admitted to emergency service with clinic agitation, speech disorder consciousness change. It learned she consumed atropa fruits about an hour ago. She followed up diagnosis treated conservative approach. 2: 58-year-old male servise due impaired consciousness, difficulty speaking, vomiting fever. He also ate same his relative, case 1. both approach physostigmine. Conclusion: Consuming leaves lead life-threatening consequences severe toxicity. Early treatment are important prognosis. Physostigmine must kept mind cases who does not benefit from
